What is NIS2?
NIS2 (Network and Information Security) is a European directive requiring organisations to take measures to raise the level of cybersecurity in Europe. By 17 October 2024 at the latest, this directive should be implemented into Belgian law. Non-compliance, or failure to comply with this law, can lead to high fines and huge reputational damage.
